Product Descriptions:
Following are the itemized list based on the after sales customer services requests handled for the VF-84. We have worked with JSI to minimize the chance of their reoccurrence on the VF-154. While we cannot guarantee 100% perfect upon arrival, we do believe these concerns had been minimized.

1. Landing Gears – improved material used and now with proper instruction so it will not be damaged while deploying. We have one sitting in our office since July, 2010.

2. Landing Gear Doors – one of the main request we have received because customers did not know they have to “pull out” and then “upwards” on the landing gear door, resulting on many broken landing gear doors. Instruction sheet now included

3. Packaging foam material – die cut foam is used on the VF-154 instead of the laminated layered foam used on the VF-84. The die cut foam provides much tighter fit therefore, more protection.

4. Nose Radar assembly – now with better protection and the radar packed separately.

5. Pitot antennas on both sides of cockpit area – now snap on parts, packed as separate pieces.

6. Arresting hook - now snap on part, packed as separate piece.

7. Electrical for the lights – revised mold to include newly made battery compartments and channels for wiring, eliminating the chance for wires coming "unglued" as in a few of the last "lighted" version VF-84.

8. One antenna fin on top of fuselage is now a snap on part and packed as separate piece.

We have received a lot of concerns about the heavy weathering paint application used on the VF-84 and we have referred these concerns to JSI. As a result, the overall paint finishing is much toned down. While it is not presented in “factory fresh finishing”, 90% of the weathering effect paint application on the VF-84 is now eliminated. Paint application now emphasizes on subtle shadings and panel lining instead of battle harden weathering and paint chipping effect. As we are not sure if this is the way collectors would like to see, we have made this VF-154 with the new paint presentation, lights function and newly tooled weapons, a World Wide limited Edition of 888 pieces with about 550 pieces for North America distribution.

The VF-154 will feature all new tooling weapons. Improved packaging and instruction sheets should eliminate most if not all damage in transits issues. This Merit Exclusive version of the VF-154 will feature full "lights" function with redesigned parts and World Wide Distribution of 888.
